It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? #12

Hosted by The Book DateIt’s Monday! What Are You Reading? Is a weekly meme where you share what you have recently read, what you are currently reading and what is up next on your TBR list.

Last week was very hectic for me and I literally didn’t have time to think! However, I did manage to squeeze in some reading here and there so it was all bad.

I hope you all have a lovely week and as always link me to your posts.

Read Last Week

I received a proof copy of White Rabbit Red Wolf at the last YA book club meeting I went to. This book wasn’t my usual YA read but it was pretty thrilling. There were points where I got a bit lost with regards to the plot but it was an average read overall. Full review coming this week.

Currently Reading

I first found out about Twelve Nights when I was on my work experience at Penguin in December. I am so glad I am finally getting around to reading it. It seems like it’s going to be such a magical read.

Up Next

I have heard some great things from early reviews of The Smoke Thieves so I’m really looking forward to reading my review copy. Having never read any work by Sally Green before I am intrigued to see what her style is like.

  1. I'm trying to get my 'currently reading' books under control, because instead of reading one after the other, I keep beginning new books. Currently trying to tackle a few fantasy novels I've been meaning for a long time. I seem to have fallen down a fantasy rabbit hole! Robin Hobb especially!

  2. Now that I've retired, I think I'll be reading less and less kids and YA books. But, since I just got the new Macmillan mailing, I won't be quitting YAs completely. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
